Sheds NZ's Habitable Building range is designed as a low cost yet attractive accomodation solution. The buildings are suitable for use as a sleepout, studio, spare room or additional accomodation. All models offer a warm and secure environment being
fully insulated with foil under the floor, batts in the walls and ceiling, and gib board lined. An aluminium window and ranchslider provide light, ventilation and access. Framed in 90mm x 45mm treated timber means they are built to last. The attractive board and batten cladding can be
stained or painted to match your existing decor. A zincalume roof with Marley spouting is standard or you can match existing roof colours with coloursteel roof options. Detailed building plans and engineer's producer statement are supplied for building consent
